Tell us the job.
Share the problem, dimensions, reference photos, and the things the part needs to fit. A finished drawing isn’t required to start a conversation.
LOUISIANA · DIGITAL MANUFACTURING & FABRICATION
A digital manufacturing studio taking shape in Louisiana. Practical parts, considered prototypes, and custom hardware—starting with the way you’ll use them.
THE WORK
A part should make sense for its purpose, its material, and the person using it. That’s the starting point.
A sketch, a reference part, or a problem worth solving. Work through the shape, connections, and fit before making the first part.
Geometry. Fit. Assembly.Bring the design off the screen. Explore useful prototypes, fixtures, and housings with materials and a production path suited to the job.
Prototype. Check. Refine.Mounts, brackets, panels, and enclosures that consider the person using them. Sim hardware is where those details come together.
Position. Access. Adjustment.Resin printing, laser cutting, and metal fabrication are part of the wider workshop plan. Process availability and timing are confirmed for each project.
A DEVELOPMENT FOCUS / SIM HARDWARE
The control you chose. The space you have. The position that feels right. The pieces connecting them deserve just as much thought.
Explore custom sim hardwareMounting concepts shaped around the chair, desk, and equipment they connect to.
Consider reach, clearance, and access—not just where a mounting hole can go.
Look at the enclosure, fasteners, and cable routing as parts of the same design.
Currently in development. This is a direction for the work, not a released product catalogue.
FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO NEXT ITERATION
Start with what you need it to do. The details can follow.
Share the problem, dimensions, reference photos, and the things the part needs to fit. A finished drawing isn’t required to start a conversation.
Discuss geometry, material, and production options. Use a prototype to ask the right questions about fit and use.
Take what the prototype teaches us and establish a realistic scope for the next version or production run.
